Air Mercury – Next Generation™

The new standard in airline management training

Air Mercury – Next Generation™ aviation management course was developed in cooperation with Cranfield University and Delft University of Technology, two of the world’s leading academic institutions.

This advanced IATA course was created to help airline management teams understand competitive market dynamics to improve problem solving and decision-making skills.

During five classroom sessions, you will work in teams to explore the factors affecting airline profitability and how they interrelate.  Using the latest simulation technology, you’ll test your skills by competing for market share and profitability of a virtual airline using real-life scenarios.  Performance reports generated at the end of each session illustrate the impact of different business strategies and provide valuable insight into the mechanics of airline competition.
